Tom Cooper is the President of OEM Connect and manages the day to day operations of the company as well as the strategic long term vision. He joined OEM Connect in 2006 as a part time warehouse employee while in college which helped him accumulate valuable product knowledge. He has held multiple positions at OEM Connect including Purchasing Agent, Head of Purchasing, VP of Sales and Purchasing, and now President. Tom is a problem solver and is always searching for innovative solutions to help the company be more efficient and productive to drive profitability. Tom believes in dedicated customer satisfaction, internal accountability, and work/life balance. In management, Tom has found that treating customers and employees how you’d want to be treated is a surefire way to be successful. He is a father, husband, and avid golfer in his spare time.

As the Business Manager for OEM Connect since 2006, Bill Coffill is responsible for all administrative functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and 401K management. Bill also supports the sales and purchasing staffs by assisting with research when necessary. Prior to joining OEM Connect, Bill was with Good Impressions, Inc. and Monroe Stationers for a total of 25 years. Without Bill’s scrupulous attention to detail and keen expertise with the latest technology, OEM Connect would not be the efficiently operating company that it is.

Vice President Sales and Purchasing
Rick has a diverse business background and has worked for several fortune 100 companies. He has made significant contributions to CVS, Tweeter, Brookstone and OEM Connect to name a few. Rick’s strength is developing, implementing, and managing new profit centers. He now manages our entire sales department and heads up our new Business Development initiative. Rick graduated from Bridgewater State University with a BS in Management/Marketing and a Computer Science Minor.

Mark is the Head of Procurement at OEM Connect. Over the past 20 years, he has built his reputation and developed his skills as a buyer within the office supply industry. He was honored to join OEM Connect as a Purchasing Manager in 2004. His business philosophy is to treat vendors with honesty and integrity. His goal is to provide fast, efficient, and quality services to suppliers worldwide. Currently, he is leading a team of buyers by sharing industry knowledge and experience in order to provide optimum quality within the industry. He has streamlined procedures within OEM Connect to create a better customer experience. Many of his vendors have been with him for over 18 years, which is a testament to his loyalty and dedication to his services.
